Work with me.
You don't need someone to execute your random acts of marketing. You need someone who asks why before anyone touches a keyboard. I build GTM systems and teams that outlast me so the value compounds.

Go-to-market with the math attached.
Every marketing leader says they drive revenue.
I built a metric for it. Marketing Yield™ is the percentage of marketing-sourced companies with a qualified buying role that convert to closed-won. Lifetime, no time windows, no attribution theater.
It's the lens I bring to every engagement, which is why the recommendation comes with a number attached instead of a feeling.
But marketing isn't the only function running on faith. Go-to-market is one motion - marketing, sales, customer success - and the revenue leaks in the handoffs nobody owns. So the Yields frameworks span all three, and operators and leadership teams end up with the same picture of what actually fuels the business.

Anyone who loves a random act of marketing
Anyone who wants an order taker
If you want someone to execute a random act of marketing without asking why, I'm the wrong hire. I'd rather you find that out here than in week three.
Q+A
Have Questions?
Isn't Marketing Yield™ just attribution with a new name?
No. Attribution asks what touched the deal last. Marketing Yield™ asks where the company came from in the first place, and whether the right people there bought. Attribution tends to hand the credit to whoever was in the room at the close. Yield shows who opened the door.
Why not just hire a full-time CMO?
You might, eventually. Most early-stage companies need a CMO's thinking before they have the budget or the full-time workload for one. I build the systems and the team a full-time leader would inherit. When you make that hire, they start with something to run instead of something to fix.
What if I'm not in fintech or insurtech?
Fintech and insurtech are home turf. I've spent most of my career there, and you won't need to give me the regulatory tour. But the pattern matters more than the industry: a complex product, a long sales cycle, and more than one person who has to say yes. If that's your world, we already speak the same language.
How do I know which engagement is right?
You don't have to. That's what the first call is for. Tell me where you are and where you need to be. I'll recommend one option, not a menu, and tell you why. If none of them fit, I'll tell you that too.
What do you need from me?
Access, candor, and an owner. I need to see the real numbers and hear the real story, including the parts that didn't work. Every piece of work also gets a named owner on your side. I don't believe in work without an owner, because ownerless work doesn't get done.
